Program description

EZ Cycle Ramp sends text messages only about an order you placed with us, and only if you asked for them at checkout. The texts are an order confirmation, a shipping notification with tracking, a notice that an order is ready for pickup, and replies from our team to questions you text us. We do not send marketing texts. Texting is optional and never required to buy.

How you opt in

Texts are offered at one point only: checkout, where you give us the phone number for your order. The screenshots below are the real pages, not mock-ups.

  1. You add a ramp or accessory to your cart and choose checkout.
  2. You sign in or create an account. Checkout asks for this before any contact details.
  3. At checkout, beside the phone number field, is the box below. It starts unticked. Ticking it is the only way to opt in; nothing else on our site signs you up for texts, and you can buy without it.

One order produces two or three texts. Examples:

How to stop, and how to get help

Reply STOP to any text to opt out. You will get one confirmation and no further texts. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP, call 800-687-4410, or email [email protected] for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
